I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach, graduating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. I believe in healthy eating, not deprivation; regular movement that serves you and choosing lifestyle habits that make you feel your best.
As a holistic health coach, I’m a friendly guide who helps you become healthier and happier by looking at all aspects of your life, not just one part of it. I will focus on your physical health- what you eat and how you move, but also care about your emotions, stress, sleep, and other parts of your life.
Coaching sessions may consist of:
– Listening to your goals, concerns, and what you want to change in your life to be healthier.
